We are looking for a Senior Manager - Creative Design to lead and mentor a team of graphic designers and video editors, ensuring high-quality creative execution across all brand and marketing assets. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both static and motion design, a strong design sensibility, and a passion for driving creative excellence. This role involves defining and implementing design standards, managing multiple projects, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance brand identity and engagement. Key Responsibilities: Creative Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of graphic designers and video editors, fostering a high-performance and creative culture. Brand & Design Strategy: Define and implement design standards to maintain consistency across all visual assets, ensuring a cohesive brand identity. Creative Production: Oversee the creation of high-quality static and motion design assets for digital and offline marketing channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, print materials, and advertisements. Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 10+ years in graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing static and animated work. Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) and other relevant design tools.
