Job Title : Manager - SEC Reporting & US GAAP Accounting

Location : Gurgaon/Hyderabad | Experience: 6 - 8 years

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager - SEC Reporting & US GAAP Accounting with strong experience in preparing and filing 10-K and 10-Q reports, as well as deep expertise in US GAAP technical accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead preparation and filing of SEC reports (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, etc.

- Manage end-to-end US GAAP accounting and reporting processes.

- Research and implement complex technical accounting standards.

- Review financial statements and disclosures for accuracy and compliance.

- Drive multiple US GAAP accounting and reporting projects for clients.

Requirements:

- 6+ years of experience in SEC reporting and US GAAP accounting.

- Hands-on experience with 10-K and 10-Q preparation and filing.

- Strong knowledge of US GAAP technical accounting guidance (ASC).

- Experience managing client-facing accounting/reporting projects.

- CPA or CA preferred.

- Preferred working experience in Workiva (not mandatory but preferred).

- Knowledge in SEC and PCAOB audit regulations
