We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Operations Manager to join our growing team in Hyderabad. This role is pivotal in driving sales efficiency, optimizing performance, and ensuring the achievement of our revenue and strategic expansion goals within the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the P&C insurance industry, coupled with exceptional analytical and communication skills, and a proven ability to design and implement effective sales operations frameworks.
Responsibilities:
Sales Operations Framework Development & Management:
- Design, implement, and manage a robust sales operations framework tailored to the P&C insurance market.
- Establish and maintain standardized sales processes, workflows, and best practices.
- Develop and manage sales tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Sales Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Track and report on sales performance against organizational goals, including revenue growth, margins, and strategic expansion.
- Generate comprehensive sales reports and dashboards for executive management and sales teams.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide granular account specific sales performance reporting.
Account Planning & Governance:
- Maintain the executive elements of account plans, including addressable budgets, growth whitespace, and protect-the-core strategies, in collaboration with client partners.
- Ensure adherence to sales governance policies and procedures.
- Facilitate and improve account planning processes.
Pipeline Management & Deal Progression:
- Monitor the sales pipeline to support timely intervention for deal progression.
- Identify and address bottlenecks and roadblocks in the sales process.
- Provide guidance and support to sales teams in managing their pipelines effectively.
