Manager - Social Media
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Management:
- Take full ownership of all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.
- Develop and implement a structured content calendar aligned with brand goals, campaigns, and product initiatives.
- Define and execute strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness across platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure content consistency and brand alignment.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to keep the brand ahead.
Content Creation & Engagement:
- Create, curate, and post high-quality, engaging content including graphics, captions, stories, and videos.
- Manage short-form and long-form video content (Reels, Shorts, YouTube, webinars, live streams).
- Drive community engagement by responding to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams to handle sales inquiries and support-related escalations.
Analytics & Optimization:
- Track and analyze key metrics (reach, impressions, engagement, CTR, conversions).
- Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve content strategy.
- Optimize content delivery and posting schedules based on data-driven insights.
- Experiment with paid advertising campaigns to boost reach and performance.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Strong track record of growing brand presence and community engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for storytelling.
- Proven ability to balance creativity with analytics.
Technical Skills:
Must-Have Skills:
- Social Media Platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok
- Content Creation Tools: Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator (basic)
- Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- Social Media Management Tools: Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or equivalent
- Analytics: Native platform insights, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Paid Media Campaigns: Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads

- Experience with live-streaming/webinar platforms (Zoom, OBS Studio, StreamYard)
