
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end Quality Control (QC) operations for all jewellery production units.
- Design, develop, and implement advanced quality control frameworks incorporating modern technology and tools to enhance inspection accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate quality parameters at every stage of production, including raw materials, semi-finished goods, and final product inspections.
- Conduct root cause analysis for quality deviations and lead continuous improvement initiatives to address and prevent quality issues.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, production, and merchandising to maintain and elevate global quality standards.
- Prepare, analyze, and present detailed quality metrics, audit reports, and compliance documentation to senior management.
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to upskill QC teams, particularly in the use of technology-based inspection processes and tools.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and customer specifications.
- Drive a culture of quality awareness and accountability throughout the organization.

Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO standards) are a plus.
- Hands-on experience with modern QC tools and software.
- Knowledge of global jewellery standards and regulations.
