Key Responsibilities / KRA:
- Take full accountability for store operations, performance, and team management.
- Drive achievement of sales targets and profitability by planning and executing effective strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the store team to ensure high productivity and motivation.
- Ensure top-notch customer service, resolve escalated customer issues, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Implement and monitor retail loss prevention strategies to reduce shrinkage and theft.
- Manage inventory control, stock audits, and timely replenishment to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained to promote brand image.
- Monitor store expenses and manage cost controls for maximum efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and store maintenance standards.
Required Skillset:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales and meet/exceed targets.
- In-depth knowledge of retail operations, loss prevention strategies, and stock management.
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
- Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in retail store management is mandatory
