Key Responsibilities / KRA:

- Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day store operations and overall store performance.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining service standards and addressing customer grievances effectively.

- Monitor staff activities and help coordinate daily tasks to ensure smooth store functioning.

- Assist in inventory management and timely stock replenishment.

- Ensure implementation of retail loss prevention strategies and maintain proper store security.

- Support achievement of sales targets through effective execution of sales plans and promotions.

- Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and adherence to quality standards.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the store premises.

Required Skillset:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Customer-centric mindset with an ability to resolve customer issues.

- Understanding of retail operations and inventory management.

- Knowledge of loss prevention practices in a retail environment.

- Team-oriented with good leadership qualities to guide store staff.

- Problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving sales and operational goals.

- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field preferred.

- Prior experience in the retail industry is a strong advantage
