V-Guard - Costing Analyst

Job Description :

- Participate in month close activity along with Costing and Plant Finance team

- Review and release of standard cost and make proposals for standard cost revision in case of abnormal variance.

- Analyze for Usage variance analysis of BOM Vs Actual.

- Provide recommendation and insight to the leadership team for improvements based on variance trends.

- Drive variance analysis on costing and drive actions to mitigate the differences.

- Analyze cost savings proposals and validate savings derived from cost reduction projects driven by various departments.

- Analysing inventory aging to make recommendation to the leadership team towards effective actions.

Preferred Educational Requirements:

- MBA (Finance) / CWA / CA /CIMA

Experience and skills:

- Total relevant experience of 2-4 years

- Hand on Finance systems including AFO, SAP

- In-depth understanding of Plant related metrics and relevant experience in Supply Chain function

- Stakeholder management

- Critical thinker and Problem solver
