Role Overview
We are seeking an accomplished leader to head Facility & Property Management across our pan-India operations - including corporate offices, manufacturing plants, zonal offices, and promoters' residential properties. The role is a key balance of strategic direction and hands-on operations, ensuring seamless facilities management, cost efficiency, sustainability, and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Facility & Property Management
- Lead facility operations including housekeeping, security, cafeteria, reception, fleet management, and workplace services.
- Ensure smooth functioning of promoters' residences including household & hospitality management.
- Oversee maintenance & upkeep of all assets (offices, plants, residential, leased properties) with preventive and cost-effective measures.
- Manage events, workshops, and offsites for promoters and C-Suite members.
Drive space management strategies, real estate planning, and business continuity.
Financial & Sustainability Management
- Own facility budgeting (Capex & Opex), ensuring cost optimization while maintaining service quality.
- Implement sustainability initiatives across facilities, focusing on environment-friendly and efficient operations.
- Explore and adopt technology and digitization solutions to enhance operations.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and develop a team of 7 direct and 11-13 indirect reportees.
- Coach, mentor, and build a strong talent pipeline within the function.
- Collaborate with promoters, C-Suite members, business heads, vendors, and government agencies.
- Ensure best practices in vendor management, SLAs, and outsourced facility services.
Candidate Profile
Experience & Expertise
- 18-20 years of leadership experience in Facility & Property Management.
- Strong exposure to corporate real estate, multi-location facilities, residential management, F&B services, transport & fleet, and sustainability.
- Proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA, CMMS, and facility/property management tools.
- Experience managing large teams and pan-India operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Hospitality Management / related field.
- Certifications in Facility/Property Management will be an advantage.
