About the Role:

A leading advisory, tax, and assurance firm is looking for an experienced US Finance Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for finance roles, including BFSI, Taxation, and CPA professionals.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US finance roles, including BFSI, Taxation, CPA professionals, and related domains.

- Source, screen, and engage with candidates through various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.

- Conduct initial interviews, assess candidate suitability, and coordinate interview processes with hiring managers.

- Ensure a seamless hiring experience by managing offer negotiations, onboarding, and follow ups.

- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide insights into market trends and hiring strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: 3+ years in recruitment, preferably hiring for BFSI, Taxation, CPA, or US Finance roles.

- Strong understanding of the US hiring process, compliance, and finance-related job requirements.

- The recruiter should have experience hiring candidates for Accounts, Audit, and Taxation positions such as AP, AR, CPA, FP&A, Financial Reporting, CAs, Stat Audit, Internal Audit, SOX, and Taxation.

- The recruiter has to hire Indian AAT professionals who will further work with US clients.

- Excellent sourcing skills and proficiency in using ATS and recruitment tools.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
