Role Overview:

As a senior leadership role, the US Delivery Manager will oversee end-to-end US delivery operations for IT staffing and vendor-managed services.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end US delivery operations, ensuring adherence to client SLAs and expectations

- Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business Shine

- Optimize resource allocation, monitor KPIs, and track performance metrics Shine

- Lead, mentor, and train a team of recruiters, delivery leads, and account managers

- Support business development efforts, proposals, and strategic expansion in US staffing market

Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 20 years' relevant experience, with at least 8-10 years in US IT staffing and 3-5 years in leadership roles Shine

- Deep knowledge of US staffing (W2, C2C, 1099), recruitment workflows, and compliance

- Strong leadership, client management, analytical skills, and data-driven mindset

- Excellent communication and collaboration across teams
