Job Title: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Responsibilities:

- Lead the entire marketing function for Urbanrise, driving high-impact campaigns across multiple locations.

- Develop and execute 360-degree marketing strategies, ensuring brand consistency and visibility.

- Oversee a large team of marketing professionals and leaders, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Create compelling brand narratives and deliver high-quality storytelling that resonates with the audience.

- Strategize and manage high-budget marketing initiatives, handling budgets exceeding Rs. 50 Crores per annum.

- Spearhead digital transformation, leveraging data-driven insights, marketing automation, and growth hacking techniques.

- Develop and maintain relationships with top advertising agencies, media houses, and digital partners.

- Innovate and identify new marketing opportunities, turning challenges into business growth.

- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to refine marketing approaches.

- Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing-led business objectives.

Qualifications:

- Should have an MBA from IIMs or Equivalent Tier-1 Institutes

- 15 to 20 years of experience in hardcore marketing within fast-paced organizations.

- Proven track record in real estate, luxury brands, FMCG, or high-growth consumer businesses.

- Strong digital strategy expertise, hands-on experience in growth hacking and day-to-day digital operations.

- Experience in handling large marketing teams across multiple locations.

- Must be below 45 years of age.

- Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven approach to marketing decision-making.

- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate high-performing teams.

- Experience in multi-channel marketing including digital, print, outdoor, and influencer marketing.
