Role Description

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Zone Sales Manager located in Vadodara.

- The Zone Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team in the designated zone, developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and fostering relationships with financial institutions.

- They will also be involved in training and mentoring sales representatives.

Qualifications

- Sales Management, Sales Strategy, and Relationship Management skills

- Experience in the financial services or banking industry

- Leadership and Team Management skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends

- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field

- Understanding of loan products and financial services
