This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing sales teams, and developing strategies to expand Study Abroad business in South. This role requires a deep understanding of the education technology sector, strong leadership skills, and a results-driven approach to sales.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

- Develop and execute the regional strategy to achieve enrolment and revenue targets.

- Drive multi-city expansion in South region of India. Drive Face to Face counselling in all our locations

- Monitor key sales metrics and optimize conversion rates across channels.

Team Leadership & Performance Management:

- Build, mentor, and manage a team of admission counselors and sales managers/ Senior Managers

- Establish a data-driven approach to track and improve individual and team performance.

- Provide ongoing training and skill development to enhance sales effectiveness.

Learner Engagement & Relationship Management:

- Enhance learner engagement and satisfaction by ensuring a high-quality sales experience.

- Implement strategies for customer retention and referrals to maximize long-term revenue.

Collaboration and Market Research:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, University Partnerships) to align sales efforts with business goals.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market demands.

- Provide data-driven insights to improve sales strategies & productivity.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

- B.Tech from IIT/ NIT with 5+ years of experience or MBA from IIM/ FMS/ XLRI with 4+ years experience in Sales

- Proven track record in team leadership, sales, and business development.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and performance metrics.
