
The incumbent will be working closely with the the Business HR, line managers and employees to set goals in line with the organization
- Take ownership of the HR processes
- Partner with the business on continuously getting feedback on strengthening the current process and deliver on getting better productivity
- Liaison with the Talent Management team and other CoE members to ensure smooth flow of data
- Manage the ongoing reports required to run the system
- Manage the HRMS system for the concerned module
- Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, and employee experience
- Provide ongoing support to the leadership team on human resources-related matters, and keep the policies and procedures updated and relevant (SOP)
- Ensuring robust processes are followed
- Be the window to the outside world through networking and benchmarking
- Responsible for engagement and communication
Desired Profile:
- Must have experience in working in the HR CoE or have worked as a Business HR across all aspects of the employee life cycle.
- High level of business orientation and understanding. Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results
- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative
- Need to have the flexibility to take up projects and work with the team
