As an Experience Management/Strategy Consultant, your role is to provide expert guidance and support to clients in the areas of strategy development. As an Experienced Consultant, you will be involved in executing market assessments, organisation design, go-to-market and commercial excellence, customer targeting, value proposition, product strategies, product and service launches, field/sales force effectiveness etc. You will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and drive organisational growth.
The individual should be able to leverage his/her education and experience during project execution with the client. consultants are responsible for:
- Strong primary and secondary research skills.
- Performing rigorous strategic, operational and financial analyses to pinpoint appropriate, practical recommendations for clients.
- Transforming information into thoughtful insights regarding the client's strategic direction.
- Proven record of successfully managing medium-to-large-scale projects with a variety of stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience in developing quantitative models around markets, Salesforce and supply chain.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, dynamic and multidisciplinary environment as part of a closely-knit team (demonstrating patience and poise under pressure).
- Must demonstrate willingness to work overtime when required.
- Willing to Travel.
QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA/PGDM from a top-tier institution
- 1-3 years of experience in consulting or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Passion for learning and a desire to stay updated on industry trends.
