-We are seeking an experienced and creative Influencer Marketing Manager to join our marketing team.

- As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies to promote our brand, products, and services.

- Relevant 4-5 years of experience in an Influencer Marketing agency is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Develop Influencer Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive influencer marketing plans to reach our target audience, increase brand awareness, and drive sales.

- Influencer Research and Identification: Research and identify social media influencers who align with our brand values, target audience, and marketing goals.

- Influencer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, negotiate contracts, and manage influencer partnerships.

- Content Creation and Collaboration: Collaborate with influencers to create sponsored content, product reviews, and other marketing materials that meet our brand guidelines.

- Campaign Execution and Management: Manage the execution of influencer marketing campaigns, track performance, and optimize campaigns for better results.

- Budget Management: Manage influencer marketing budgets, track expenses, and ensure ROI is met.

- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reporting and analysis on influencer marketing campaigns, including metrics such as engagement rates, reach, and conversions.

- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with the latest influencer marketing trends, best practices, and platform changes.

Requirements:.

- 3+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or a related field.

- Degree: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Influencer Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of influencer marketing platforms, tools, and best practices.

- Social Media Expertise: Proficiency in social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok.

- Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.

- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
