About the Job:

- We are seeking a dynamic and creative Content & Social Media Specialist to join our team.

- You will be responsible for crafting and disseminating compelling content across various digital platforms, driving brand awareness, and fostering meaningful engagement with our audience.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management:

- Create, edit, and publish high-quality, engaging content for diverse platforms, including social media posts, blog articles, website copy, email newsletters, and marketing materials.

- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent and timely flow of content.

- Tailor content to specific audiences and platforms, optimizing for maximum impact and engagement.

- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent brand voice.

- Proofread and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and style.

Social Media Management:

- Manage and grow social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) by creating and scheduling engaging content.

- Monitor social media trends, conversations, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for engagement and growth.

- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

- Run social media campaigns, including contests, giveaways, and influencer collaborations.

- Foster a vibrant and interactive online community.

Content Strategy & Optimization:

- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies that align with business goals and objectives.

- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines (SEO).

- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

- Analyze content performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, website traffic) using social media analytics tools and Google Analytics.

- Generate regular reports and insights to refine content strategies and improve performance.

- Adapt content strategies based on analytics and real time performance.

Brand Visibility & Engagement:

- Develop strategies to increase brand visibility and awareness across digital platforms.

- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create visually appealing and effective content.

- Identify and engage with key influencers and industry leaders.

- Utilize storytelling techniques to create compelling narratives that resonate with the audience.

- Stay ahead of emerging digital marketing technologies.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in content writing and social media management.

- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong command of grammar and style.

- Demonstrated ability to create engaging and compelling content for diverse audiences.

- Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

- Ability to generate innovative and creative ideas and adapt to rapidly changing trends.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- A strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.

- Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva is a plus.

- A portfolio of previous content and social media work is required.
