We're looking for a dynamic and creative brand manager to join our team and elevate our brand in the market.


Key Responsibilities:


- Brand Strategy & Development: Lead the creation and execution of brand strategies that align with our mission and values, driving growth and market presence.


- Industry Expertise: Leverage your knowledge and experience in the Food & Beverage (FnB) industry to identify trends and implement initiatives that resonate with our target audience.


- Influencer Marketing: Develop and manage influencer partnerships, ensuring campaigns are authentic, effective, and aligned with our brand's sustainability focus.


- Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.


- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, assess competition, and understand customer behaviour to drive informed decision-making.


- Collaboration: Work closely with our operations and product development teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.


- Content Management: Plan, create, and post content across all social media platforms in line with brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in tone, voice, and aesthetic.


- Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of social media trends, adapting and implementing the latest strategies to enhance engagement and reach.


- Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to direct messages (DMs), comments, and customer inquiries in a timely, brand-appropriate manner.


- Performance Tracking: Analyze social media performance using key metrics and provide insights and recommendations to improve content strategy.


- Scheduling & Timeliness: Ensure content is posted on time and maintain a consistent posting schedule across all platforms.


- Collaboration: Work closely with the brand manager and content creators to align social media activities with broader marketing campaigns.


- Influencer Coordination: Assist with influencer outreach and collaborations, ensuring partnerships are in sync with brand goals.


Key Requirements:


- Proven experience in the Food & Beverage (FnB) industry.


- Expertise in influencer marketing, with a strong network of influencers and content creators.


- Strong understanding of brand development, strategy, and positioning.


- Creative mindset with excellent communication and leadership skills.


- Ability to analyze market trends and implement data-driven strategies.


- Passion for sustainability and eco-friendly practices is a plus.
