Profile - Crop Underwriting (Veterinary Profile)

Location - Lucknow/Mumbai

Experience - 2-5 years

Job Purpose- To process the Rural products while adhering to the underwriting guidelines and maintaining profitable portfolio.

Roles and responsibilities:

1. Knowledge of Veterinary products and services, giving technical support.

2. Vendor identification and selection for inspection, tagging and death surveys.

3. Vendor management providing animal inspection and tagging services for the desired locations.

4. Identification and selection of the animals for insurance purpose and actively participate in the death surveys, follow the process adopted by the company for cattle on-boarding and claims both.

5. Training/ Liaising with the internal and external teams for providing veterinary services.

6. Coordinate with the IT Team for software enhancement including testing.

7. Should be well aware of the illnesses and treatments.

8. Knowledge of the market dynamics/trends for the rural products to be handled.

9. Fresher/ experienced professional with a go getter attitude.

10. Willing to travel as per the requirement and emergency of work.

11. Familiarity with the insurance industry is an added advantage.
