Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, functional specifications, and system processes.
- Analyze and define system and product architecture within the Lending/Loan Management domain.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into actionable use cases and user stories.
- Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Use Case diagrams, Flow Diagrams, and process workflows.
- Assist in data management, solutioning, and validation of the functional scope during project implementation.
- Act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Engage with clients, manage external stakeholders, and drive successful product implementations.
- Provide support in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to contribute to continuous improvement.
Key Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Functional Consultant in the BFSI domain.
- Strong expertise in Lending/Loan Management solutions.
- Hands-on experience in system architecture, requirement gathering, and documentation.
- Proficiency in creating BRD, FRD, Use Case, Flow Diagrams, and data validation.
- Proven ability to work in project implementation and manage functional scope.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong client-facing skills with experience in stakeholder management.
- Masters or Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Business.
- Prior experience in software products, services, or consulting is preferred.
