Job Purpose:

As a part of strategy team, you will be reporting to the Founders, and be responsible for analyzing data, identifying & leading projects for business improvement, and developing and implementing solutions to drive growth and increase profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Developing and implementing business strategies and plans that align with the organization's long-term goals and objectives

- Analyzing data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for operational changes

- Overseeing the development and execution of project plans

- Develop project plans, establish milestones, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure timely and successful project delivery

- Develop and implement mechanisms to monitor the progress and effectiveness of strategic initiatives

- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of business operations and making adjustments as needed

Relevant Experience/Education Required:

- 1-3 years' experience

- Excellent skills in MS Office

- Extremely high attention to detail and emphasis on accurate data analytics.
