- We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager with 10-12 years of experience to drive business growth, enhance market share, and develop strong customer relationships.
- The ideal candidate will lead sales initiatives, execute strategic marketing plans, and analyze market trends to achieve revenue and business development goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demand Generation & Business Execution: Develop and execute sales plans aligned with business objectives and budget targets.
- Drive new product adoption and enhance Share of Business (SOB) while continuously evaluating market share growth opportunities.
- Revenue & Payment Management: Ensure timely collection of payments as per agreed terms, maintaining Non-Due Sales (NDS) in line with budget expectations.
- Monitor outstanding balances and implement strategies for on-time settlements.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Assess market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify business growth opportunities.
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior management to counter competitive movements and optimize market presence.
- Warehouse & Inventory Management: Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, inventory control, and timely dispatches.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and reduce downtime.
- Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination: Plan and optimize logistics operations to ensure timely product distribution.
- Work closely with manufacturing, sales, and customers to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
- Regulatory Compliance & Process Improvement: Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, regulatory requirements, and compliance policies.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency across warehouse, logistics, and sales functions.
- Customer Relationship & Reporting: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including key customers and industry partners.
- Maintain accurate sales, inventory, and compliance documentation, leveraging Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office tools for reporting and data analysis.
