Position: Deputy Manager - Talent Acquisition & HR Operations

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts for leadership roles and manage critical HR operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in strategic talent acquisition, selection assessments, post-offer engagement, onboarding, partner management, and expatriate payroll & compliance. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual with excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Leadership Talent Acquisition:

- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier leadership talent.

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for leadership positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.

- Utilize various recruitment channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, executive search firms, and industry networks.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement. -

2. Selection Assessments & Psychometric Tools:

- Administer and interpret selection assessments, including Hogan Assessments, to evaluate candidate suitability.

- Provide detailed feedback and insights to hiring managers based on assessment results.

- Stay updated on the latest assessment tools and methodologies.

3. Post-Offer Engagement & Onboarding:

- Design and implement effective post-offer engagement programs to ensure high acceptance rates.

- Develop and manage a comprehensive onboarding and induction program for new hires.

- Ensure a smooth transition for new employees and facilitate their integration into the organization.

- Gather feedback on the onboarding process and make necessary improvements.

4. Partner Management:

- Manage relationships with external recruitment partners, assessment vendors, and other HR service providers.

- Negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements are met.

- Evaluate partner performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

5. Expatriate Payroll & Compliance:

- Manage the payroll process for expatriate employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations related to expatriate employment.

- Handle all aspects of expatriate visa processing, work permits, and other related documentation.

- Act as the primary point of contact for expatriate employees regarding payroll and compliance matters.

6. HR Operations & Reporting:

- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

- Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics, onboarding effectiveness, and other HR KPIs.

- Utilize digital platforms and HRIS systems effectively.

- Manage and improve HR processes and procedures.

- Proficient use of MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree followed by a full-time Master's degree in Human Resources (MBA HR) is mandatory.

- 6-9 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition and HR operations, with a focus on leadership hiring.

- Proven experience in managing the full recruitment lifecycle for senior-level positions.

- Strong understanding of selection assessments and psychometric tools, particularly Hogan Assessments.

- Experience in designing and implementing onboarding and induction programs.

- Excellent partner management and negotiation skills.

- Knowledge of expatriate payroll and compliance regulations.

- Proficiency in using digital platforms and HRIS systems.

- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Multilingual skills (preferred).

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. -

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. -
