Trustee Compliance Officer - Mutual Fund

Key Attributes:

- To monitor activities undertaken by AMC and ensure the same is in compliance with the regulation.

- Review and ensure effective discharge of the duties and obligations of Trustees.

- Review and present various reports and database which is required to be presented to Trustee Board.

- Perform test checks of various systems and processes to ensure that AMC is conducting its activities in compliance with the SEBI regulations.

- Obtain internal audit report and present it to Trustees and ensure implementation of recommendations.

- Coordinate with Board of Trustees as and when required.

- Oversee the implementation of governance principals and independently report to Trustees.

- Execute any other non-conflicting business operations related functions assignedby the CEO or Trustees

Desired skill and experience:

- Sound knowledge of SEBI and other regulations related to Mutual Fund

- Understanding of business operations of Mutual Fund

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Minimum 8 years of experience in finance and financial services related field.
