Truemeds - Lead - Hyperlocal Delivery Operations

Job Responsibilities:

- Plan and implement strategies to increase same-day delivery efficiency and continuously improve customer experience

- Drive route optimization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce delivery times and costs

- Innovate on delivery models to expand customer reach and improve service levels

- Own and balance the SPEED vs COST metric, consistently driving the team toward faster output while maintaining cost efficiency

- Collaborate with product and tech teams to build tools that enhance customer visibility and delivery tracking

- Aggressively promise and commit to hyperlocal delivery timelines, ensuring high reliability and accountability in operations

- Lead the recruitment, training, and retention of delivery riders, fostering a high-performance culture and minimizing attrition

- Develop and implement SOPs and best practices for delivery operations, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards

- Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including inventory, customer support, and tech to ensure seamless hyperlocal operations
