Job Title: Senior Manager / AVP - Business Development (Real Estate)

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional to drive business growth, strengthen client relationships, and lead execution across real estate advisory, monitoring, and tech-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development initiatives across monitoring assignments (TEV, LIE studies), technology solutions, and fundraising support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Banks, NBFCs, Institutional Investors, and other key stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and lead end-to-end deal execution across advisory, monitoring, and tech solution offerings.
- Manage acquisition and delivery of TruGenie (tech solution for real estate asset management).
- Represent the organization in client discussions, industry forums, and strategic partnerships.
- Work closely with internal teams for seamless delivery of solutions and client satisfaction.
- Support the launch and growth of new business initiatives within the real estate ecosystem.
- Track industry trends, competitor landscape, and regulatory changes to identify potential opportunities.
Required Skillsets:
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
- Deep understanding of real estate solutions, advisory, and monitoring assignments.
- Exposure to financial services ecosystem (Banks, NBFCs, PE funds, Institutional Investors).
- Proven track record in deal sourcing, structuring, and execution.
- Strong analytical, valuation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using technology-driven platforms and solutions for real estate.
Qualifications & Experience:
MBA/PGDM from a reputed institution.
5-7 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Consulting, Valuation, Advisory, or Fundraising roles within Real Estate / Financial Services.
