Job Overview:

- We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Manager with 12 to 20 years of overall experience to drive innovation in Generative AI (Gen AI) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of global customer needs and excellent communication skills to lead cross-functional teams and deliver cutting-edge AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the product roadmap for Gen AI and RPA solutions.

- Work closely with global customers to understand business challenges and translate them into AI-powered solutions.

- Lead product lifecycle management, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to develop innovative and scalable AI solutions.

- Stay updated with emerging AI and automation trends to drive continuous product enhancements.

- Drive market research, competitive analysis, and pricing strategies for AI and automation products.

- Ensure clear and effective communication across stakeholders, teams, and leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 12 to 20 years of overall experience in Product Management.

- Proven expertise in Generative AI (Gen AI) and RPA.

- Strong understanding of global customer needs and market trends.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in AI-driven product development, automation technologies, and SaaS solutions is a plus.
