Job Summary:
- TrisolRed Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Channel Sales Head to drive and manage our real estate channel sales operations.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong channel partnerships, expanding market reach, and achieving sales targets through a robust network of channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with channel partners, brokers, and agencies.
- Monitor and optimize channel partner performance to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for expansion.
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to channel partners.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Requirements:- Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in channel sales within the real estate industry.
- Strong network of channel partners, brokers, and agencies.
- Proven track record in developing and managing channel sales networks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach to sales and market expansion.
