Position Overview:

- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Individual to oversee International/Domestic sales operations for Tripearltech and Tripearlsoft.

- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence globally.

Key Responsibilities:

- Formulate comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company's objectives to drive revenue growth and market expansion in domestic/international markets.

- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for growth in target regions.

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships, alliances, and channel development, to expand the company's market reach and revenue streams.

- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate accurate sales forecasts and reports to assess progress towards targets and inform strategic decision-making.

- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Tripearltech's Microsoft business solutions and Tripearlsoft's branding and marketing services, effectively communicating value propositions to clients and stakeholders.

- Lead negotiations of contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring favorable outcomes while safeguarding the company's interests and profitability.

- Mentor, coach, and develop sales team members, providing ongoing training and support to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance.

- Collaborate closely with internal departments, including marketing, operations, and product development, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business strategies and objectives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Proven track record of at least 5 years in Domestic/International sales management, preferably in the technology or marketing industry.

- Strong leadership abilities with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional results.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and stakeholders at all levels.

- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, capable of developing and executing effective sales strategies to drive business growth.

- Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales forecasting, data analysis, and reporting tools.

- Flexibility to travel domestic/internationally as required.
