Senior Manager/Manager - MICE Sales
About the Job:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as MICE Sales Senior Manager/Manager. The role requires proven expertise in managing Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) sales, building strong corporate relationships, and ensuring seamless execution of client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the MICE segment.
- Manage end-to-end MICE sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and partners.
- Collaborate with operations and product teams to deliver customized travel and event solutions.
- Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and budgets with clients and vendors to maximize profitability.
- Ensure successful execution of MICE projects within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the MICE space.
- Achieve revenue and profitability targets consistently.
Requirements:
- 4 to 7 years of proven experience in MICE sales within the travel or hospitality industry.
