Trianz - Practice Director - Gen AI

About the Role:

- We are seeking a Practice Director - Gen AI to lead the strategy, development, and implementation of AI-driven solutions in Quality Engineering (QE) and software testing.

- This role requires technical expertise, leadership acumen, and a visionary approach to integrate Generative AI into enterprise solutions, enhancing automation, efficiency, and business transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales and Solution Design:

- Define and refine Gen AI service offerings aligned with market trends and technological advancements.

- Design and implement AI-driven solutions tailored to client needs.

- Collaborate with the Business Development team to craft proactive proposals and solution roadmaps.

- Participate in pre-sales activities, including client meetings, presentations, and proposal development.

- Identify new opportunities for Gen AI-driven business transformation.

Practice Development and Leadership:

- Establish and scale the Gen AI practice, driving innovation in AI-powered solutions.

- Lead and mentor a team of AI specialists, data scientists, and quality engineers.

- Stay updated with AI trends, frameworks, and industry best practices.

AI & Gen AI Integration:

- Develop strategies for leveraging Generative AI in software engineering and automation.

- Oversee the adoption and implementation of AI-powered tools across various domains.

- Train and upskill teams on AI and Gen AI applications to optimize operations.

Client Engagement & Advisory:

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them in AI adoption and strategy execution.

- Conduct workshops and presentations on Gen AI-driven solutions and business transformation.

- Manage key client relationships, ensuring seamless execution of AI-driven projects.

Innovation & Transformation:

- Drive innovation in AI methodologies, automation, and predictive analytics.

- Lead Gen AI transformation initiatives, optimizing business processes and decision-making.

- Develop proprietary AI frameworks, models, and solutions for enterprise adoption.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.

- 10+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or software engineering.

- 5+ years in a leadership role within an AI-driven practice.

- Expertise in Gen AI, NLP, machine learning, and automation technologies.

- Strong experience in solutioning, proposal writing, and AI strategy development.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.

- Active participation in AI research, innovation, and industry forums.
