Treasury Functional Advisory Role

Treasury Advisory & Transformation:

- Provide functional expertise on treasury processes, policies, and operating models to clients across industries.

- Drive large-scale treasury transformation programs, leading complex, cross-functional engagements from strategy through implementation.

- Advise clients on strategies to improve treasury operations, enhance decision-making, and strengthen stakeholder management.

- Lead the design and delivery of solutions, ensuring high-quality outcomes and alignment with client objectives.

Business Development & Proposals:

- Lead preparation of RFPs, proposals, and client presentations, collaborating across service lines, alliances, and competencies.

- Support go-to-market initiatives by developing thought leadership, points of view, and marketing collateral.

Technology Enablement:

- Evaluate, recommend, and implement treasury technology solutions (Kyriba, FIS, SAP TRM) to improve client processes and reporting.

- Drive adoption of innovative tools and digital enablers to modernize treasury operations.

Knowledge Management & Leadership:

- Contribute to the development of consulting assets, methodologies, and frameworks.

- Mentor and guide team members, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.

- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and technology advancements in the treasury domain.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 6-10 years of experience in treasury functions, including consulting and/or industry roles.

Deep understanding of:

- Treasury processes, policies, and operating models.

- Cash management, liquidity planning, FX, and risk management.

- Proven track record of leading treasury transformation engagements.

- Working knowledge of treasury management systems, preferably Kyriba, FIS, SAP TRM, or similar platforms.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

- Experience developing and delivering RFPs, proposals, and thought leadership materials.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have:

- Exposure to consulting assets, research, or white papers in treasury technology and practices.

- Experience in establishing and managing comprehensive treasury functions in an industry setting.

- Certifications in treasury or finance (CTP, CFA) will be an added advantage.

Education:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related disciplines.
