
Job Description Treasury Client Onboarding
Location: Pune and/or Chennai
Shift Timings: US Shift
We are looking for experienced professionals to join our #Treasury Client Service team. The role involves delivering exceptional client support across the entire lifecycle from onboarding and account maintenance to offboarding. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and a seamless client experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely account setup & activation.
- Handle client requests for account maintenance (updates/modifications).
- Monitor accounts to ensure compliance with internal & regulatory requirements.
- Support offboarding activities including account closures & data archiving.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve service issues within SLA timelines.
- Identify & implement process improvements for efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Prepare MIS, reports, and audit documentation as required.
- Ensure data confidentiality and security at all times.
Qualifications
MBA Finance Desired
Essential Skills & Aptitude
- Proficiency in MS Excel & Word.
- Strong English communication skills (written & verbal).
- Ability to work independently and deliver on timelines.
