About the Role:
As the Head for Tele Sales Function, you will be responsible for leading and driving a large telesales calling team and expansion of it. Your role will focus on improving the conversion funnel to enhance efficiency, lead and manage the team by ensuring high ownership and accountability for pre-scheduled calls and actively participate in the hiring, performance management, developing, mentoring and coaching team.
What You'll Do: The profile includes heading the team of sales executives and motivating the team members to over achieve the sales targets.
People Management:
- Hiring team as per business requirement
- Grooming, coaching and hand holding the team to meet and exceed the sales targets assigned.
- Ensure to define key KPI of team members and ensure their productivity at 100% level.
- Performance Review of the team and suggesting various methods to enhance Tele selling skills.
Business Operations:
- Identify customer segments, lead generation, and tracking, conversion of leads into
opportunity resulting in closures.
- Develop and execute effective telesales and inside sales strategies.
- Oversee both inbound calls and cold calling initiatives for business growth.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Accomplishes organisational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Outsourced Partners Management:
- Determines call centre operational strategies by conducting needs assessments, performance reviews, capacity planning; establishing technical specifications, and production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; contributing information and analysis to organisational strategic plans and reviews.
- Maintains and improves call centre operations by monitoring system performance; identifying and resolving problems; preparing and completing action plans; completing system audits and analyses; managing system and process improvement and quality assurance programs.
Who You Are:
- Experienced Leader: You bring 7-10 years of experience in telesales operations, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. Prior experience in telesales is a must.
- Team Management : Experience managing a telesales team of large team
- Excellent Communicator: Your communication and interpersonal skills are top-notch, and you excel at delivering constructive feedback in a way that motivates and guides your team.
- Organized and Strategic: You have effective organizational skills, a knack for goal-setting, and a strategic mindset. You're adept at solving problems and devising strategies that make a real difference.
- Empathetic Leader: People and Emotional Intelligence:
- A key aspect of this role is understanding and prioritizing people's emotions and issues.
