Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and drive the successful execution of projects from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of proven experience in project management, with a strong focus on scalable projects and expertise in LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) architecture.

The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

- Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders.

- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals.

- Maintain project documentation and reports.

- Continuously improve project management processes and practices.

- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in scalable project management and LAMP architecture.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.

- Proven 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, preferably with a focus on scalable projects.

- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with LAMP architecture.

- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Work Schedule: Alternate Saturdays Working
