Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary located in Ahmedabad.
- The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, maintaining records, and facilitating communication between the company and its stakeholders.
- Other tasks include organizing and preparing agendas for board meetings, taking minutes, and providing administrative support to the board of directors.
Qualifications:
- Min. 3 years of experience as a company secretary
- Knowledge of corporate governance and company law
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office and other office software
- Experience in the travel industry is a plus
- Company Secretary certification or relevant degree
