Transmarine Cargo Services - Regional Manager/Branch Manager

Role & responsibilities:

- Responsible for Branch operation (all department) and branch target.

- People Development & Management / Team Management - CS, Sales, Accounts, Admin, Documentations. (Professional development of staff and their productivity management).

- Must have Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.

- Business orientated and experienced to managed both Air & Ocean shipments

- Reviewing shipping documentation to ensure compliance with company standards and federal regulations and operational safety ability to negotiate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders is crucial for securing deals and resolving conflicts

- Leadership and Organizational Skills - for managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and prioritizing activities across the branch.

- Review records of all import & export shipments

- Experience in conducting research on markets and customers.

- Business Strategies- developing and implementing short- and long-term business strategies to enhance profitability, market share, and brand recognition

- Ability of Stress Management and Decision-Making

- Completely on payable & receivable

- Preferred Software knowledge - MTO, CRM, etc

Preferred candidate profile:

- Should be a Graduate from a repute University, an MBA would be an added advantage

- Through knowledge in Freight Forwarding Ocean Import & Export
