Position Overview:

We are seeking a Strategic Marketing Lead / Marketing Head to play a dual-impact role:

- TransFunnel Growth Leadership: Drive TransFunnel's annual marketing strategy, elevate brand visibility, and generate high-quality leads.

- Client Delivery Excellence: Lead the execution of inbound and digital marketing projects for a diverse global client base, ensuring measurable impact and exceptional delivery.

- This role demands a proactive, innovative, and results-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, understands global market trends, and has the ability to inspire teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy & Execution:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for TransFunnel and client projects across B2B and B2C segments.

- Craft integrated campaigns spanning SEO, PPC, social media, email, content marketing, and marketing automation to meet growth objectives.

Performance Marketing:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and programmatic networks (Taboola, Outbrain).

- Manage budgets, track ROI, and refine strategies based on performance insights.

SEO & Content Marketing:

- Design and oversee impactful content strategies, including blogs, whitepapers, social media, and thought leadership.

- Enhance organic reach and lead generation through advanced SEO techniques and tools.

Marketing Automation & CRM:

- Oversee CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Mailchimp, Zoho, Brevo) to streamline customer journeys and nurture leads.

- Ensure data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics and reporting.

Leadership & Team Development:

- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of digital marketers, content creators, and designers.

- Foster innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.

Analytics & Reporting:

- Track, measure, and analyze KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Search Console.

- Present insights and actionable recommendations to senior leadership and clients.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement:

- Develop and deliver impactful marketing pitches, proposals, and presentations for business development.

- Collaborate with CXOs, Directors, and Business Heads to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

- 5-7 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

- Proven expertise in GTM strategy, integrated marketing campaigns, and multi-channel execution.

- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to conceptualize and execute innovative initiatives aligned with business growth.

- Hands-on proficiency with marketing automation and analytics tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
