Manager Founders Office (Growth)


- As the Manager - Founder's Office (Growth), you will work directly with the Founder and leadership team to drive strategic initiatives, business growth, and operational excellence.


- This role requires a highly analytical, execution-driven individual with a problem-solving mindset who can take ownership of high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Growth Strategy & Execution: Identify new market opportunities, revenue streams, and business expansion strategies.

- Business Insights & Analytics: Analyse key business metrics, identify trends, and provide data-backed recommendations for growth.

- Strategic Projects: Lead and execute special projects related to scaling the business, fundraising, partnerships, or new product development.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align growth strategies.

- Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.

- Fundraising & Investor Relations: Support in preparing pitch decks, financial models, and investor communication.

- Process Optimization: Streamline operations, improve efficiencies, and ensure data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Tier 1 colleges only. IIMs, ISB, FMS, MDI,XLRI, SP Jain, IIFT etc.

- 3-5 years of experience in consulting, growth strategy, investment banking, or a similar role in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

- Ability to work in an ambiguous, high-growth startup environment.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Hands-on experience with business strategy, fundraising, and scaling operations.

- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (preferred).

Good to have:

- Exposure to global consumer markets

- Understanding of digital marketing, marketplaces, offline retail

- Understanding of financial engineering
