This is a pivotal role in supporting the company's data-driven decision-making process in Brand Marketing. The individual will work on dashboards, analyse diverse datasets, research pricing and sales trends, and create insightful presentations. The role involves handling data from multiple sources including internal sales, Amazon sales, product reviews, surveys, and more, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management & Analysis:
- Conduct analysis of product queries and reviews to understand consumer behavior and preferences across multiple geographies.
- Analyze data from internal systems, Amazon sales, and external surveys to uncover trends and insights.
- Research and validate price points across various marketplaces and geographies.
- Manually identify & correct errors in datasets to ensure the accuracy of insights.
- Build and maintain dashboards as required to track performance across brands, products, geographies, and surveys.
Presentation & Reporting:- Develop clear, concise, and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations to communicate research findings and insights.
- Prepare periodic reports summarizing data insights and their implications for business strategy.
Institute Brand Tracking Mechanisms:- Institute brand tracking mechanisms for key metrics
- Develop and implement systems to continuously monitor and evaluate brand performance across critical indicators. This includes designing comprehensive tracking frameworks, integrating multiple data sources such as surveys, social media sentiment, and sales data, and creating/ leveraging dashboards for real-time visualization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:- Work closely with other cross-functional teams, including different geography teams, content team, platform team, RND team, customer support teams to align research with organizational goals. Collaborate with them to gather and incorporate data for further analysis.
- Engage with external stakeholders and participants, ensuring a professional and ethical research approach
- Understand and adhere to all compliance requirements associated with conducting quantitative research
Quality and Compliance Assurance:- Perform rigorous quality checks to ensure all deliverables meet high standards of accuracy and clarity.

Qualifications:Education: B.Tech or Bachelors Degree in Statistics, Data Science, or a related field; A master's degree is an added advantage
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in quantitative research, data analysis, or a similar role
Technical Skills: - Proven experience working with large datasets and deriving actionable insights
- Proficiency in data visualization tools
- Strong command of Excel, including advanced functions like pivot tables, macros, and data cleaning
- Familiarity with statistical tools is a plus
- Working knowledge of survey tools and methodologies
