Marketing Manager
Location: Jaipur
Job Objectives:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to effectively promote the company's products and services to targeted audiences.
- Execute marketing initiatives that drive online visibility, engagement, and conversion for the company's products/services.
- Contribute to revenue growth by aligning marketing efforts with business objectives, considering the unique needs of the payments and forex industry.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, leveraging insights to refine marketing strategies.
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve business objectives.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including digital content, advertising materials, and promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Manage digital marketing channels such as social media, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, and website optimization to maximize online visibility and lead generation.
- Plan and execute events, webinars, and other promotional activities to engage customers.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, vendors, industry associations, and media outlets, to enhance brand presence and secure strategic partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, utilizing metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
- Collaborate with creative teams, agencies, and freelancers to produce high-quality marketing assets.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote products, increase brand awareness, and drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Operations, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor and report on competitive activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the financial services sector, incorporating relevant insights into marketing initiatives.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the reporting authority as per business requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing roles.
- MBA (Marketing) preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and platforms with hands-on experience in execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Go-getter attitude with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and optimize marketing performance.
