- Transcorp is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Head to lead our Insurance division. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of agents to drive sales and generate closed leads from MCD Branches, Brokers, and Agents.

- Identify and source new business opportunities while ensuring timely policy renewals.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and clients to facilitate successful sales.

- Oversee direct and indirect sales of Life and Health insurance products to a diverse clientele.

- Liaise with insurance companies to finalize proposals and issue policies efficiently.

- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and agents, providing in-depth product knowledge and support.

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the Sales and Marketing team to ensure targets are met.
