Transaction Manager - Industrial & Logistics Vertical

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Transaction Manager (Assistant Manager level) to join our Industrial & Logistics vertical. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professionals from commercial leasing backgrounds who are keen to explore and build expertise in the growing industrial, warehousing, and logistics parks segment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and execute real estate leasing and transaction mandates across industrial, warehousing, and logistics park assets.

- Handle commercial leasing assignments including office and industrial leasing transactions.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships with developers, landlords, and occupiers.

- Drive transaction closures, negotiations, and documentation processes.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of client requirements.

- Stay updated on market trends, supply-demand dynamics, and competitor activities in the industrial & logistics real estate space.

Candidate Profile:

- Experience: 3-6 years in commercial leasing/transactions with exposure to office leasing, industrial leasing, warehouse and logistics assets.

- Strong network and relationships within the real estate industry (developers, landlords, occupiers).

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
