Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Real Estate Broker to join our Industrial & Warehousing division in the Chennai region. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating real estate transactions related to industrial and logistics assets, representing clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties. This role requires strong industry knowledge, excellent client servicing skills, and a robust understanding of the end-to-end transaction lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service and understanding client needs.
- Identify prospective clients and market opportunities through research, networking, and strategic outreach.
- Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and property values.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for property promotion and lead generation.
- Create engaging property listings with accurate descriptions and high-quality visuals.
- Stay up to date with local market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.
- Perform property valuation and conduct market analysis to support client advisory.
- Negotiate property transactions to secure favorable terms for clients.
- Mediate between buyers and sellers to ensure smooth and mutually beneficial transactions.
- Ensure all deals comply with legal regulations and internal policies.
- Prepare, review, and manage transaction-related documentation, including contracts and engagement letters.
- Organize and coordinate property inspections with clients and landlords.
- Provide guidance to clients throughout the transaction process.
- Represent the organization in industry forums and client meetings as required.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, risks, and business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver reports to senior management on sales pipeline, revenue growth, and client engagement.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Bachelor's degree (mandatory); postgraduate qualifications preferred.
- Experience: 1014 years in sales, with a focus on Industrial & Warehousing real estate.
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in an International Property Consultant (IPC) firm is highly desirable.
- Client Relationships: Existing network of Industrial and Logistics clients and channel partners.
- Gender: Open to both male and female candidates.
Additional Requirements:
- Must have hands-on experience managing real estate transactions from initiation to closure.
- Familiarity with Industrial and Warehousing clusters in the Chennai region is essential.
- Strong network within the real estate industry and participation in relevant events is a plus.
