Warehouse Management:

- Oversee the entire warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and dispatch.

- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize loss.

- Develop and optimize warehouse layout for efficiency and safety.

- Monitor and evaluate warehouse staff performance, providing training and guidance as needed.

- Maintain warehouse safety and cleanliness standards.

- Implement and enforce compliance with health, safety, and company regulations.

Procurement Management:

- Develop procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective sourcing of products and materials.

- Conduct market research and supplier evaluations to maintain a reliable and quality supply chain.

- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers.

- Manage supplier relationships and resolve any issues related to quality or delivery.

- Monitor procurement budgets and track expenses.

- Ensure the timely and accurate processing of purchase orders.

Logistics and Distribution:

- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure the timely delivery of goods.

- Optimize distribution networks to minimize costs and improve delivery speed.

- Manage the return and disposal of defective or excess inventory.

Data Management and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities and procurement processes.

- Generate and analyze reports on inventory levels, procurement performance, and cost analysis.

- Provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in warehouse and procurement management.

- Professional certification (e.g., CPIM, CPSM, CSCP) is an advantage.

- Experience in FMCG sector preferred.

- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar systems).

- Knowledge of market trends, supplier management, and cost optimization techniques.

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
