- Trains the tele-sales team, as required.
- Oversees the daily workflow and scheduling of the tele-sales team.
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Implements sales strategies.
- Communicates targets to the team.
- Develops scripts for use by the tele-sales team.
- Manages the telesales team.
- Measures team performance.
- Monitors and reviews phone calls to ensure quality service and compliance with applicable policies and best practices.
- Encourages and motivates the tele-sales team to achieve their targets.
- Prepares and presents weekly and monthly sales reports to Senior Management.
