A leading private sector bank is seeking a Training Manager for its Cross Sell Centre of Excellence in Kolkata. If you're an experienced BPO professional with exposure to banking or NBFC products, strong communication skills in Bengali & English, and a proven record in team management, wed love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Certify training batches and ensure high performance of new agents in their first month

- Prepare and guide Sales Trainers for effective program delivery

- Monitor live training sessions, provide feedback, and continuously enhance effectiveness

- Develop coaching plans and refresher modules for underperformers

- Maintain and update training content, tools, and rebuttals based on feedback

- Collaborate with quality teams to align training with process improvements

- Lead and manage a team of 38 trainers/agents

Who We're Looking For:

- BPO background with exposure to banking/NBFC products

- Proficient in Bengali and English

- Prior experience in leading a team (38 members)

- Age: Up to 35 years

- Education: BA / BCom / BSc / BBA / BCA / BE / BTech etc.

- Experience: 10 to 18 years in training, sales enablement, or similar functions
