Training Manager

A. Functional

- Publish training calendar plan and delivery of training for applicators and their supervisors and technicians for across CC divisions.

- Networking with industry platforms and associations to organize joint activities.

- Organize training and engagement activities with external stakeholders (KA engineers, Influencers, DFPDs, Practising Engineers) in coordination with business team.

- Deliver technical training sessions on demand from business team in special events and engineer / architect meets.

- Technical guidance and support to CCR field teams on leakage detection for complaint handling and troubleshooting complex project sites

B. Administrative

- Manage records of all training and engagement activities

- Preparation of monthly reports and review of training activities with business team

Requirements :

- Experience - 10 - 12 Years

- Product Management / Technical Services / Project Category

- Waterproofing and Building Materials Exposure plus Training Management
