Role Description
- The role requires overseeing and guiding the sales team, coordinating with verified buyers and sellers on the platform, and ensuring the fulfillment of sales targets.
- The Team Lead will also be responsible for conducting live negotiations, improving team performance, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Proven Team Management and Team Leadership abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience in B2B trade platforms or related industries is a plus.
